The rooms are functional and huge. Glad to have a refrigerator, an electric kettle and air conditioning. Polite and welcoming staff as one would expect.

The view from our room was amazing (sea-side double), food was great too!!! Personell really helpful, and the price was the best!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nothing serious, only small and not important things that I would appreciate if there were there, such as hair-dryer, mini-bar, etc, but again I had great time even without these things!!

Centrally located on the island which is great for hitting all the places to visit. Close to Heraklion. Great and friendly staff. Majestic views.

The Peninsula hotel is truly a magnificent destination for all. Unlike most standard big resorts, the Peninsula is very tasteful, genuinely hospitable and blessed with a beautiful view. I would whole heartedly reccommend going to the beach...

Great services: tennis, pool, beach, theatre, mini market, breakfast, massage chairs. Great hotel for the cheap price.
Scramble eggs were not very hot but otherwise great breakfast.

It has a very nice location with scenic view.
You have to climb hundreds of stairs inside the hotel, in the garden and going to the beaches, which is very inconvenient with a baby and baby cart. The quality of the internet connection is very poor and almost totally unavailable in the guest rooms.

The room was small but,had perfect sea view. Bed was comfortable, staff was helpfull (except in the restaurant). The location of hotel is very good.
The waiters in the restaurant were not helpfull ,they seemed like get bored from everything. The breakfast was poor for a 4 star hotel.

If paradise exists then it must be something like the Peninsula. The hotel is built on an actual peninsula surrounded by the wonderful waters of the aegean sea. Around the main building you will find bungalows amidst rich and colorful gardens... My opinion is that...

Family Perfect getaway
Had a fantastic room with a perfect sea view that just blew my mind. The staff were super nice, especially at the bar where Maria always greeted us with a smile and had the best chicken soup for my sick...

We liked a lot the location of the hotel, the possibility of different beaches near of the hotel, at least three beaches, the view was very beautiful and the food.
The room we booked was for three adults with a space of 35 m2 , but they give to us a room with a size of a double room insteaad of tripple one. There was no mini disco programm for children in June , although in the animation program was planned to be.

Leaving
Very dangerous car park. Thin knee high wall with fatal 30 foot drop on the other side. No lighting at night in car park. Building materials and equipment left around. Potential death trap with toddlers. Mosquitos and many wood lice in room. Loud music until 11. Glad to leave.
